Broccoli and shrimp soup

Servings: 4 people- Fresh shrimp 150 Gr
- Cauliflower 200 Gr
- Broccoli 200 Gr
- Seasoning 2.50 Teaspoon
- Head 1 Teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
- MSG 1/2 Teaspoon
- Water 800 ml
Instructions for implementation
Wash the shrimp, remove the head, peel and remove the black vein on the back of the shrimp. Then, drain the shrimp. Then marinate the shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of MSG.
Separate the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, soak in diluted salt water for 5 minutes, rinse with water, and drain.
Place the pot on the stove, add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to the pot, when the oil is hot, add the minced shrimp to the pot and stir-fry until slightly cooked, stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add 800ml of filtered water to the pot, when the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, add the broccoli, add 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, season to taste and cook for another 3 minutes then turn off the stove.
