Refund policy

1. Astrology and Divination Consultations:

• Online Consultation Service: During the first 15 minutes of the consultation, if the customer is not satisfied with the interpretation, a refund can be requested. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.
• Written Interpretation Service: Customers may request a preview before receiving the final document. If no preview is requested, the final document will be provided, and no refund policy will apply.

2. Feng Shui and Auspicious Date Selection:

Service fees are charged based on the working hours and are non-refundable.

3. Feng Shui Products:

Feng Shui products are custom-designed based on the individual Feng Shui needs of each customer. Due to the personalized and specialized nature of these products, refunds or exchanges are not applicable.
