1. Shipping Range
- We ship feng shui items within Canada and internationally.
- Areas not covered by shipping will be advised prior to ordering.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders will be processed within 4-6 business days after payment is confirmed.
- For custom designed items, processing time may extend from 14-20 business days.
3. Delivery Time
- Canada Domestic: 6-14 business days (depending on location).
- International: 14-30 business days (depending on country and shipping method).
4. Shipping Fee
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, size and delivery address.
- Customers will be informed of detailed shipping costs before confirming the order.
5. Order Tracking
- ZenAstro provides shipping tracking code so customers can check order status online.
- Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.
6. Damage or Loss Policy
- We ensure careful packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
- In case of product damage or loss, customers need to notify ZenAstro within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
- ZenAstro will support new product replacement or refund depending on the specific situation.
7. Special Note
- Custom designed feng shui items are not subject to return policy, except in cases of product defect or damage during shipping.
- International orders may incur additional customs fees or import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
