Schwarzkopf PH Neutralizing Treatment is a post-color treatment that stops the oxidation process during a color service. It neutralizes and strengthens hair by smoothing the hair fiber. The color retention is therefore maximized in 30 seconds. In addition, the treatment helps to detangle the hair after a color service.
